Newly remodeled Duplex located in Sun N' Lake Golf Community. I live on one side of the Duplex and rent out the rooms on the other side. Each guest has their own private room secured with lock & key and their own private bathroom. This room comes equipped with two Twin Memory Foam mattress beds and a dresser. The living area, dining room table, and kitchen are part of the common area where any guest staying has access. I ask that guest clean up after themselves when using the common area. My property is close to 24 hour Walmart. -2 Mins from Florida Hospital -2 Mins from Golf Course Tennis courts, community Pool, and Restaurants - 10 mins to Lake Placid - 10 mins to Avon Park -1 hour from Orlando Guest's will be able to access one of the rooms they rent. Guest will have access to Kitchen, Dinning room table, Living room, Back yard, and Washer & Dryer. I live down the street from the property and I am only a phone call away.
