( Microwave Toaster and Griller at ground floor for shared) This building there are 3 floor, there are 6 unit of private guest room per 1 floor. total 15 guest rooms in this building. every room there are mosquito net, private balcony, air-condition , warm-water in bathroom, wall-fan and swimming is beside of the building. There is a stair in the building, there is not elevator. - Room Rate including (incase book not over 28 days) Electric and pipe water.. - Room Rate not including (incase book over 28 days) Electric and pipe water. - Bedding 1 set and towel for your period stay till check out , the towel for only Bathroom it not allowed to take outside for beach. - using only first day we provide for checkin day is 6 bottles drinking water and only 1 toilet paper and 1 soap and shampoo. - there is not service breakfast, no drinking water, no coffee, no shampoo and conditioner, no toilet paper, no tooth-bath, tooth-path, no hair-dryer. - there is not ingredient provide for cooking, meat, salt, sugar, egg, oil, butter or any for cooking, Customer can buy at mini-mart nearby and Super Market nearby. - Rate including service clean room, (The room has been cleaning and prepare before you check-in), incase stay up to 2 weeks between stay customer can ask for service cleaning free is 1 time. Extra cleaning is 500 baht. - We provide some basic facilities for cleaning in you room. - there are 3 cats live this area apartment. It stay out side guest room.
