Bright and pleasant 15 m2 room in a green area 200 m from the pretty Bourran park. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator access. Bed 140 cm, dressing room, desk, bookcase, TV, Wi-Fi. West-facing balcony, nice view, equipped with armchair, table and chairs. Mérignac city center 1.5 km away and Bordeaux city center 4 km away. INSPE 200 m away. The space Spacious 15 m² bedroom, pleasant and bright, with a large balcony and a lovely view, in a beautiful 106 m² four-room apartment where my mother and I live. In your bedroom, you will have a 140-cm bed with bedside tables and lamps, a desk, an armchair, a rocking chair, a large mirrored wardrobe to store your belongings, a TV, Wi-Fi, and a bookcase. Linens and towels are provided. Samples of toiletries for your first 2 days. Armchair, table and chairs on the balcony of the bedroom and hanging rack with laundry clips. Iron and ironing table. You will have access (shared with us) to the kitchen, shower room, separate toilet and living room to take your meals before 9pm if possible. House rules in the listing and displayed in French and English in the room. To be read and respected for a good cohabitation. Guest access The kitchen, shower room and toilet are common. You will have access to the equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, utensils ...) to prepare your meals. A space in the fridge and in a kitchen closet will be available to store your groceries. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining room before 9 p.m. preferably, or on your balcony but not in the bedroom please. Guests can use the washing machine once a week. Please air out the room every day for at least 1/2 hour. Please maintain the room during your long stay, the vacuum cleaner is available. During your stay We will be delighted to welcome you and introduce you to the charms of Bordeaux life. Documentation on Bordeaux, Mérignac, and the surroundings such as St Emilion, Arcachon, Dune du Pyla, etc. will be available in your room. We'll be there to share our tips with you.
