WELCOME TO OUR TINY HOME EXPERIENCE! This is a newly renovated cozy tiny home apt. right outside the heart of downtown Santa Ana. It features a minimal layout that is perfect for the traveling pair or solo traveler. Live BIG in this "tiny home" with all the amenities you need such as a full kitchen, washer/dryer, queen bed, patio, two TV's, and a garage (read below for car limitations). Conveniently located: • 10 minutes away from Disneyland • 15 minutes away from JW Airport The space DESIGN & LAYOUT: This Tiny Apartment features a modern contemporary design that creates a minimal yet elevated look. The space uses a blend of neutral pieces, natural wood finishes, and bold black accent pieces to invite the "home away from home" feel. Furniture and decor pieces are hand-selected to maximize the functionality of the "tiny" footprint while also providing the utmost comfort and relaxation possible during your stay. PARKING LIMITATION: The parking garage spot is only suitable for ONE MEDIUM-FULL SIZED VEHICLE (no large suvs, trucks, vans). You will have to back the car into the garage which will take a try or two but you’ll have it down after a little practice. Parking guide will be provided. PLEASE CONFIRM CAR SIZE WHEN BOOKING. STREET PARKING HOURS: Available during the day only. There is no street parking available overnight near the complex. Please message before booking if planning to use a 2nd vehicle during the stay. POTENTIAL NOISE: The tiny apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Due to the narrow footprint of the tiny apartments, noise travels easier than a bigger space would, so be aware that there may be occasional noise from units adjacent or below the unit. Guests with noise sensitivities please take note. Quiet times are 10pm-7am and are strictly enforced. LAUNDRY: We are proud to offer a small electric washer/dryer combo unit in this tiny apartment. This machine is capable of washing 3-5 items max at a time. Machine is located adjacent to the bathroom. Only guests staying 3 nights or longer are permitted to use the laundry machine. COMPLEX: This gated apartment complex is very safe and monitored with surveillance. Will require key and/or gate remote to enter the premises. ANIMALS & PETS: We have a no-animal rule do to the health concerns of team members and guests. STAIRS: This unit is on the second level and will require walking up one flight of stairs. NEARBY: This neighborhood is located 15 minutes away from DISNEYLAND. 10 minutes away from multiple shopping centers, Chapman University, Angel Stadium, and Honda Center. CHOC and St. Josephs is less than 10 minutes away. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Respecting the Space: We kindly ask all guests to treat the space with care and respect during their stay. Please notify us promptly of any accidental damages so we can address them fairly. Any damages caused by guests or their party may result in additional charges.
