Excellently located, this cosy, quiet and partly refurbished apartment in Ljubljana city centre is just 5 min. walk to the main city attractions (the open market with the funicular to the Castle, The Three Bridges, Prešeren square, etc.) and only 5 min. walk from the Central Train and Bus Station on the other side - with a panoramic view to your private car parking in the backyard from the balcony which can provided as well. The space This apartment offers free broadband wireles (Wi-Fi) Internet and The price already includes all costs like for example: the bed linen, the towels, all kitchen equipment (incl. toaster, washing and drying machine, microwave etc.) and dishes! However, a late check-in or an early check-out may be charged extra, if applicable. It is an excellent base when exploring Ljubljana and its surroundings either as a family or in a group of friends (sleeps comfortably 4 adults) with any means of transportation. The toilet is separated from the bathroom (with shower) which gives you more freedom and flexibility while staying. In the bedroom there are two twin beds, while in the living room there are two couches that can be easily transformed into two single beds or one double bed (2x single 80x200cm or 1x double 160x200cm) and writing desk. Kitchen is equipped also with stove, oven, spacious refrigerator and a dining corner with the entrance to the balcony lodge. It is equipped also with all the needed cooking utensils, cutlery, iron with ironing board, hair dryer. Usually there is no need for air condition (but it is there for your convenience) because of the tree shadowed backyard and since the apartment is on the first floor. There is no elevator, but we will help you bring your luggage up. Other things to note Important notice: if you are a short-term guest (your stay is long up to 1 month only) OR if you are a long-term guests who is not a student and your stay here is not within your educational program (studies or similar) and if you are not exempt from the tourist tax payments, then please take into consideration that you are entitled to pay a tourist tax for short-term stays as well as for the first 30 days of your long-term stay at 3,13 EUR per person per night.
