Cool chic and newly refurbished bungalow on the beach. All you need for a perfect holiday at home, quiet road with magnificent views of the Solent and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. We are located down a quiet private road, but within 100m of a convenience store, pubs, and takeaways. The space An enviously unique beach front position with all new fixtures and fittings. Fabulous outdoor facilities for that perfect staycation!! Relax in the comfy New England Chairs or sunbathe on the padded sunbeds, book in hand and G&T in the other. A charcoal barbeque at your disposal with outdoor table and chairs. Inside the space is tastefully furnished with brand new comfortable chairs and sofas where you will be able to look out at the boats on the Solent. The kingsize bedroom has its own patio door leading onto the deck with fabulous views again of the Solent, which can be enjoyed with your early morning cuppa! The well equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine to make your stay easy and relaxing. We have an outside 13amp plug for easy EV charging. This is by prior arrangement only and a fee of £10 per charge needs to be paid directly to us.
