Prepare to be enchanted by our delightful stand-alone small house, which was once a beauty salon but has been transformed into a cozy guest retreat on our property. Please note that there is another house on the lot, across the driveway, occupied by our wonderful tenant who always respects your privacy but is more than happy to assist you if needed. One of the highlights of your stay is the exclusive access to our private outdoor master spa hot tub, available all year round. Enclosed within a fenced garden area, it offers the perfect sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation. Step into the inviting living room, adorned with a comfortable couch that easily transforms into a queen-sized bed, a cozy chair, and a luxurious recliner. It's an ideal space to unwind after a day of exploration. In the well-equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need for your culinary adventures. We've thoughtfully provided all the essentials for your meal preparation convenience. Guests have access to the driveway nearest the property, as well as the entire guest house. The guests can also use the hot tub in the fenced in area beside the apartment. During two day or longer stays, we may access the hot tub during the day to check and adjust chemicals as needed, we will always text beforehand and come back another time if you're using it at the moment. You'll be on your own here, left to do your thing in peace and quiet, with no worries of a nosey host intruding. We live outside of town, but we're available to answer any questions via text if they arise. A quiet North side neighborhood, just a few blocks down from the high school. Our Airbnb is off of a side street with very little traffic. Overall it's a very quiet friendly neighborhood. Nearby are many great attractions, including an award winning winery, a high ropes zip line course, waterfalls, walking trails, a world class shooting range, antique shops, amazing dining options, and much more! Our Airbnb is a short minutes long drive to Huntington University, shopping centers, food options, etc. We're ten minutes away from Two Es winery, and less than 15 minutes to Roanoke, Indiana. Children are welcomed, however please be aware that kitchen cabinets, outlets, etc are not childproof. Proceed with normal caution.
