BAYFRONT is a house for travelers to Live Like A Local even they are far from home. Yes! You will be living in local’s home, that’s our Home. We just moved to this new Condo after we get married last month. We love travelling as much as you do, so we are renting out our lovely house while we are overseas :) You are lucky if you’re able to book as we only open up for booking once in a blue moon. This is a house where travelers can live like locals even if they are far from their hometown.Yes! You will be living in a local home, that is our home.We are newlyweds and this is our new apartment. Like you, we love to travel, so we rent out our lovely house when we are travelling abroad. The space Of course, we are honoured to host you in our home sweet home. We normally will store our personal belongings into a study room in the condo but will leave the cooking ingredients and (sometimes some) snacks in the kitchen cabinet and fridge as it is, feel free to have them but do not remove from the Condo. THE SPACE This experience is not like any other Airbnb apartments you saw in your listings that cater solely for guests, this is our Home and we want you to truly experience how the local live. We are most happy with guests who treat this little bayfront home with love and care (just like your own home). This Condo has one bedroom and a study room (however, the study room will be locked with our personal belongings during your stay), fully equipped kitchen with rice cooker, electric kettle, oven, refrigerator, stove & hood, water purifier and a linked bathroom (attached with bedroom room but also has a door links to living area) offers rain shower and hand-held shower. This spacious bayfront condo is perfect for 2 adults or a small family where your kid shares the same King-sized bed with you. There is an A/C in the living area and bedroom each, we do not have ceiling fan in this Condo, but you will find a small standing fan if you prefer. We are using Internet TV, as the name implies, you need to keep the WIFI router on in order for you to watch the TV. Besides Netflix, Youtube, there are plenty of satellite channels from USA, CHINA, CAMBODIA, VIETNAME, INDONESIA, MALAYSIA, TAIWAN, HONG KONG, KOREA, JAPAN, etc. As well, many movies to stream on. That’s why one of our hobbies is just to sit on the couch the watch movies all day. There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom, if you do not feel like using the dryer, you will always find a clothes drying rack at the balcony. If you’re using it, make sure all your clothes are securely attached as sometimes it gets pretty big wind here. This condo is equipped with energy-saving electric card slot, you will need to slot in the key card in order to turn on the lights. GOOD TO KNOW All Condos that are near to the sea in KK have the same problem, which it might get a little dusty floor if you keep the balcony door or window opened, there are some in-room slipper for you in the shoe cabinet at the left of the entrance, feel free to clean “your own house” during your stay, cleaning equipment and vacuum is in the bathroom and living room. Cleaning maid will only clean the Condo after you check out, if you do not want a dusty Condo during your stay, better keep the balcony door and window closed ALL time and wear the in-room slipper. We are honored to host you in our home. We usually store personal items in the studio of the apartment, but leave cooking ingredients and (sometimes) snacks in the cupboards and refrigerator for you to enjoy, but don't take them out of the apartment. This spacious beachfront condo is perfect for 2 adults or a small family with your kids sharing the same king size bed with you.The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned and our apartment does not have ceiling fans, but you can find small standing fans in the apartment if you like.We use internet TV, you need to turn on the WiFi router to watch TV.In addition to Netflix, Youtube, and tons of satellite channels from the US, China, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, and more.In addition, many movies are being shown.
