The Palm Villa - Luxury home away from home

This purpose-built, environmentally-friendly 4 bedroom house is located in East Legon directly opposite the popular Trassacco Valley Estates. The house is almost new as it has largely been used as a holiday home. The interior has been delicately decorated with softer tone colours to give it a really good ambience to enjoy. The entire house is powered by a newly installed, smart solar system ensuring a stable and constant supply of electricity to the house at all times during your stay. The space The house sits on about an acre of land with beautifully manicured and landscaped gardens including a summer hut to add to the enjoyment of the outdoor space. A master bedroom with and en-suite bathroom, and two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom are located on the first floor of the house. A fourth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor. Guest access Guest can access all areas of the main house including the bedrooms depending on the number of guests. Guest can also access and enjoy the outdoor space including the summer hut. Other things to note Everything in the house is available for our guests to use including the portable wifi, tv, microwave, Kettle, toaster and much more.
