The number of apartments and bedrooms allocated will depend on number in the party and may include the use of sofabeds or a selection of your choice. For example 8 persons may be allocated one large 2 bedroom or a 2 bed & a Studio, 10 persons a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom apartment, 12 persons 2 x 2 bedroom apartments etc. More apartment space can be purchased at a discounted price APARTMENT PICTURES ARE A MIXTURE - ALL APARTMENTS ARE INDIVIDUAL STYLE , please ask if you have specific requirements as we have more than 30 apartments Other things to note DAMAGES AND CLEANING Guests have 24 hours to report anything missing or damaged in the apartment when they first arrive. If the apartment is not clean as expected the staff can re-clean, if it is not reported we don't accept this as a reason for complaint afterwards. All dishes and kitchen equipment must be left in a clean condition and stored. Rubbish taken out otherwise there will be an additional charge for these things. The staff will clean the apartment at the end of stay - this includes linen, towels, and the apartment but not kitchen equipment or rubbish. We take damage to our property very seriously - we are individual private owners that also use the apartments ourselves and it is expensive to repair and replace things. Any damages not reported on arrival will be the responsibility of the current guests. ALL DAMAGES MUST BE PAID FOR ONSITE AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK ANY GUESTS TO LEAVE For groups of two apartments or more we require additional refundable deposits of £250 per apartment before arrival. many thanks
