CP2#R3 - Spacious bedroom in Campo Pequeno

It's a 6-bedroom apartment with 3 full bathrooms shared by 6 bedrooms on a 3rd floor with no elevator. The apartment is located in Rua Augusto Gil, between Campo Pequeno and Avenida de Roma. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a dining table with TV. Other things to note 1. A small welcome kit is provided upon arrival, including 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bottle of water, 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 laundry tablet. This kit is offered for each confirmed guest in the reservation. Please note that these items are provided as a one-time courtesy and will not be replenished or replaced during your stay. 2. Bed linen and towels are supplied according to the number of guests in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, we provide a fresh set every 7 days. We provide only 1 pillow per person. 3. The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers only the final check-out cleaning. Additional cleaning services or extra linen/towel changes can be arranged upon request and are subject to an additional fee. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. 4. Bedspreads, computers, decorative pillows, tote bags, clothing items, etc., are purely for illustrative and decorative purposes during the photo sessions and, for this reason, will not be provided or made available to any guest during their stay. 5. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM (a €25 fee applies for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided. 6. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. At departure, please leave the keys on the desk in your room. 7. Guests are responsible for the safe use and handling of the keys during their stay. Please avoid leaving keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of lost keys, damage to keys/locks or the need for technical assistance to access the property, guests will be responsible for any related costs. A penalty will be applied for lost keys. 8. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment, including bedrooms, shared spaces and any balconies. 9. Guests may be sharing the apartment with students and young professionals aged between 20 and 30 years old. 10. Our apartments operate primarily with a self check-in system. Guests will need internet access (mobile data or Wi-Fi) in order to complete the check-in process, as access is managed through smart locks. Prior to arrival, you will receive a self check-in guide with detailed instructions and access codes to enter the property easily and independently. As part of this process, guests will be required to provide an email address to be used to send access information for the apartment/room. By confirming your reservation, you agree to these terms.
