The house has a finished living room, a kitchen, two large comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is air-conditioned and equipped with independent heating and free wifi. The space Guests have access to an elegant, air-conditioned double room with independent heating, an adjoining wardrobe and a full bathroom. The house is located in an elegant condominium, on a very quiet street. The area is equipped with all amenities: supermarkets, bars, pubs, restaurants, takeaway pizzerias, a tobacco shop, a tailor, a pastry shop, a beauty salon, a hardware store, etc., all within 15 meters of the house. The apartment is in a well-connected area, 800 meters from the metro line A, "CIPRO MUSEI VATICANI" stop, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, or with two bus stops, which you can take directly about 20 meters from the house. The same bus goes directly to the center. Also about 100 meters away is the "APPIANO" stop of the urban train that connects the Balduina area with the basilica of San Pietro (direction Ostiense) and Viterbo, an important medieval town. The residence is rented complete with sheets and three towels per guest. A SPECIAL SERVICE included in the price is the daily cleaning of the bedroom and bathroom, during a time to be agreed directly with the guests. In the vicinity of the house, there is a 5 km bike and pedestrian path, and two mountain bikes are available free of charge to guests. Guest access HOUSE RULES: Polite people who respect the house and its valuable furniture are welcome. Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED inside the apartment.
