Air conditioned bedroom with twin beds in a home in a residential neighborhood in south central Guam. Fully licensed (14-201501627-001). Five minutes from Naval Station by car. Newly remodeled bathroom. The house is about a 35 minute drive from the airport. Tumon Bay and the tourist district is about a 30 minute drive from my house. Since buses down to my village are not frequent you will need to rent a car if you would like to stay at my house. Guest access I am happy to share my home with guests. You will have access to the kitchen and living room. In addition you will be free to enjoy the covered lanai (but I make no guarantees about the condition. It is hard to keep ahead of the wild neighborhood chickens that tend to also enjoy my lanai).
