If you're going to be arriving late, no problem , I'll give you instructions for coming in quietly, and I'll see you in the morning! If you book, you must be considerate of my guests in my other Airbnb room, shut doors quietly, walk softly, and keep the bathroom sparkling clean! :) Also what is your ETA and checkout time and do you need parking spot? I love my Airbnb guests and you will love staying with me! The space Beautiful newly decorated room with new hardwood floors! Although the room is small I do have a twin mattress for the floor for a 3rd person. (20$ per night) message me about this arrangement before booking. I have been hosting guests now in my home for over 13 years now and have loved meeting people from all over the world. Our red brick house was built by my father before I was born and I grew up here, so I have lived here most of my life! Guest access My guests are more then welcome to share my kitchen for eating, preparing meals and food storage. Wi-Fi of course! There is an electric radiator available during the cold and chilly months, so you will be nice and warm no matter the temperature outside! I have a nice small laptop table or just to use if you want to be more organized! A ironing board and iron are available.Also if you need a pack n play for your baby I have one! If you would like to use any of these items, just let me know and I will have it ready for you when you arrive! I will do laundry for you if there is time! 5$ per load, let me know asap! And remember, last minute guest are welcome!! :) Other things to note If you are coming with a guest please let me know the name of your guest and the approximate time you will be arriving and if you need a parking place. (so we know how to arrange our cars.) Also please let me know what time you will be checking out in the morning so I know how to plan!
