(15$ per night) message me about this arrangement before booking. I have been hosting guests now in my home for over 13 years now and have loved meeting people from all over the world. Our red brick house was built by my father before I was born and I grew up here, so I have lived here most of my life! My guests are more then welcome to share my kitchen for eating, preparing meals and food storage. Wi-Fi of course! There is a electric blanket on the bed in the cold and chilly months, so you will be nice and warm no matter the temperature outside! I have a hairdryer in bathroom for your convenience! I have a nice small laptop table or just to use if you want to be more organized! I do have a garment steamer too if you need one. Also if you need a pack n play for your baby I have one! If you would like to use any of these items, just let me know and I will have it ready for you when you arrive! I will do laundry for you if there is time! 5$ per load, let me know asap! And remember, last minute guest are welcome!! :) My husband and I are here at the house regularly and are available to answer your questions. We also love chatting (but not to late) and learning about you and what brings you to our area! Other Things to Note Although check in is after 3pm and check out before 11am, times are flexible. Please message to make other arrangements if needed. The Neighborhood Williamsville is a suburban neighborhood 15-20 minutes from downtown Buffalo and 30 minutes from Niagara Falls! (Which is the favorite!) Our home is just off Transit Road (rt.78) which is very very close to many stores, (TJ Maxx ,Marshalls & Kohls and The Eastern Hills Mall just to name a few) There are also many restaurants, grocery stores close by! It is also near many of the area's colleges including Erie Community College, University of Buffalo, Daemen and Buffalo State College. (The beautiful Galleria Mall is 15 minutes away!) My guests love Uber and Lyft! If you are going to Niagara Falls you can take the Mega bus from the airport into Buffalo then to Niagara Falls. Price is great but it does take some time The City Metro bus also has a bus stop at the end of our street. You can check their schedule on line! If you are coming with a guest please let me know the name of your guest and the approximate time you will be arriving and if you need a parking place. (so we know how to arrange our cars.)
