Large house in Normandy Switzerland, very spacious, south-facing with 65 m² terrace, located in the countryside, not overlooked, and very quiet with a plot of 3000 m², fully enclosed, wooded garden, courtyard and parking. (no 1- or 2-day rentals in August or on request) The space Large, very well-equipped and spacious accommodation with on the ground floor: dining room and living room of 40 m² with large fireplace, fitted and well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom 16 m² with 1 bed 140, 1 desk with library, 1 toilet and 1 large bathroom 12 m² with bathtub and walk-in shower 160. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms: 1 with 2 beds 140 + 1 baby bed, 1 with 3 beds of 90, and 2 others depending on the number of people, 1 separate toilet and 1 bathroom. Linens and towels are not provided but can be rented on site. Guest access Guests will have the entire house (bedrooms open depending on the number of people) and garden at their disposal (except basements and outbuildings) as well as the backyard. The land is enclosed and is closed by a barrier. Other things to note No pets allowed except small dogs with surcharge. Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation (smoke detectors) Music is prohibited to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
