Villa Margarita is a detached house for 9 people, located in Puente Avíos, a very quiet village halfway between Santillana del Mar and Suances, a 5-minute drive from each of them, very close to both the beach and the mountains, ideal for enjoying the charms of Cantabria. It is a house with a private pool, fireplace, barbecue, porch, fully equipped, very spacious, bright, simple and modern. Minimum rental 2 nights and 5 nights in July and August. The space The house consists of 4 double bedrooms, all rooms have double beds, but the bed in the large room can be transformed into two separate 90cm beds, 3 of the rooms have a dressing room, the house also has 3 full bathrooms with shower, the house has a kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and porch, barbecue area, garden and pool, which can be enjoyed during the months of June, July, August and September. Parking is available in the vicinity of the house, but the house does not have covered/closed parking. Minimum rental of 2 nights and 5 nights in July and August. Other things to note Due to the situation we are experiencing due to COVID-19, only people staying in Villa Margarita can be in the house and its facilities.
