Large Sunny studio with ocean breezes

Light filled large studio in quiet neighborhood. Private beach access 1/2 mile walk away through our quiet neighborhood. Less than 1/4 mile away you will find over 200 acres along the beach bluff with many trails. UCSB is close, in fact you can bicycle there along the bike path just outside our community. The studio is ideal for business or vacationing as it is located between the many businesses in Goleta and the numerous attractions in Santa Barbara. The space There is a no smoking in or around the studio. We use only natural cleaning products for both health and environmental reasons. The bathroom is fitted with grab bars if you should need them. Coffee is available to start your day. There is a beach key available. There is a $75 charge for replacement if it is lost. Other things to note We do our best to maintain an allergy free experience in our studio. We do not allow animals because of this. Our own dogs are not allowed in the studio.
