First Line Ocean View

Our lovingly furnished apartment is located in the first row directly on the sea. All rooms offer magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean, as if you were on a ship. You can enjoy the sun all day long on the 25 sqm south-facing terrace. The apartment is completely renovated and located on the top floor of a detached house. Right in front of the house there is a small swimming bay - in the complex there are a total of three heated pools. The space The apartment offers enough space for 4 - 5 people, but 1 or 2 people also feel comfortable here. Because our apartment on the top floor of a single house is not adjacent to neighbors on the left, right or top and half of the administration office is below, it is absolutely quiet - apart from the gentle sound of the waves. The living room is spacious, there is a pull-out round dining table and a large sofa that can accommodate 6 people. Bedroom 1 has a small balcony and is equipped with a double bed 160 x 200 m continuous mattress. If you like, you can use the electric piano that is in front of the window. Bedroom 2 offers 2 single beds that can also be pushed together to form a double bed, with an ensuite bathroom - the large bathroom is in the entrance area. Both newly renovated bathrooms have a rain shower. Bedroom 3, our panoramic bedroom, is separated from bedroom 2 by a sliding glass door and a curtain. This room has a gorgeous view of the adjacent bay and has a 140 cm wide bed with a continuous mattress. The room is also accessible via the terrace. For entertainment, a small Bluetooth HiFi stereo system and a smart TV are available in the living area. Home office suitable Wi-Fi is of course also provided. All furniture is new and of high quality. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. The large terrace has a sun protection system, so you can use it all day. In the evening, the awnings can be used like a tent, so that it is pleasant there even on cooler days. The terrace has chairs and a large table for 6 people, which can easily be extended for 8 people. Furthermore, two loungers are available. For our little guests, there is a high chair with tray, a travel cot and a fall protection that can be attached to the side of a bed, e.g. in bedroom 3. Just outside the terrace is a playground with a swing and seesaw. At the end of the coastal promenade by the harbor, there is a climbing frame, swing and sports equipment and an ice cream at the kiosk at the harbor, which you can then eat sitting on the harbor wall and watching the fish and crabs. Other things to note When we first stood on the terrace of this apartment, we were enchanted on the spot - and we are sure that this is how each of our guests will feel when they let their gaze wander over the ocean, which on beautiful days extends to Gran Canaria. In winter, we ourselves enjoy the fantastic climate and the many possibilities that Tenerife offers. If we are not there ourselves, we are happy to offer our guests the setting for a pleasant stay.
