Cute one level home right off 95 hwy just minutes to Freemont street and bus stop, shopping centers a block from grocery store, this is a master suite with private bathroom the room is set up to accommodate 4 people comfortably... with a king size bed and a queen size air mattress i had so many requests to add more then 4 guests that I upped the guest limit, but please understand if you book for more than 4 guests this is your sleeping accommodations. The space This is a very large master bedroom with private bathroom, lots of closet space... a huge California king size bed and an air mattress for extra guests. This room can accommodate 4 people comfortably (if you book more than 4 guests please be aware the room sleeps 4 comfortably). We have provided a mini fridge, microwave as well as plates, cups and silverware for guests convenience... you will also find towels and toilet paper in the bathroom. Common areas where all guests are welcome to use kitchen for cooking as well as relaxing in the livingroom to watch TV. Right next to I95 hwy, 5 miles to Fremont Street, 5 miles to Boca park, 9 miles to Las Vegas strip, 8 miles to convention center, 5 miles to las vegas premium outlets, 2 miles to meadows mall, close to grocery stores, restaurants and bus access right outside. It is our goal to provide guests with a relaxing positive stay. Guest access There is a lockbox provided for check in (check in instructions will be messaged to guests day before check in). Guests are welcome to Use all common areas such as kitchen, livingroom, dinning room, desk provided in common area. There is an outdoor patio seating area for smoking (420 friendly). Driveway parking and free street parking available... laundry usage available for all guest that are booked for one week (7+days) or longer... the cleaning fee is for after your stay, when guests checkout During your stay guests can call or text me for any questions or needs they may have Other things to note There are other rooms in the house which are for guests as well..
