Spacious 3 BR, 2BR duplex in the heart of East Village with all amenities (laundry, ac, wireless internet, Pro Stove/Oven, tastefully furnished, close to park, movies, surrounded by restaurants in walking distance. Never a dull moment. The space A duplex is a unique living space because while it is an apartment with a very central location, we also have 2 stories which makes it more spacious and more like a home at the same time as there are two floors, which tends to provide a bit more privacy for guests. The light is great and the apartment's decor is pleasing to the eye. We have wood floors, moroccan tiles and lots of lighting on dimmers to control for ambiance. The room measures 10' x 15' and the modern bed is a queen size: dimensions are: 60" x 80". Guest access Entire duplex: living room, kitchen, private bathroom, hallways, only limited access is to my bedroom and office During your stay Always try my best to greet in person on arrival unless in the case of emergency ( I am a midwife), in which I will leave key in the lock box. My wish is to interact as often as guests need face to face and by phone or the app, if I"m out working or not home. I am working Tuesday and Wednesday out of the house until early afternoon. Out some evenings, can't say with certainty which days of the week. Other things to note The aesthetics of the house are lovely. I'm big into interior design. I want you to feel welcome in NYC. NYC can be a very intimidating and overwhelming city. I hope I can help you effectively navigate so you can have a fruitful trip.
