Beautiful family home in Southville Bristol, two double and one child's bedroom . One double has a child’s cotbed. Walking distance to waterfront, city centre, lots of indie local restaurants. Entire house and garden to yourself. We have a relaxing front lounge, separate large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This is our family home - so you will find the cupboards, drawers full and children’s scribbles on the walls and furniture!! But it’s homely and we know you’ll have a comfortable stay. The space Victorian Family Home, child friendly with plenty of toys!! Open plan lounge, diner and kitchen with the choice of separate lounge to relax in. To Note: This is our family home which we love. We rent it out when we are away. It will be comfy, clean but we will still have our food, belongings in cupboards, drawers, wardrobes on shelves etc. We will clear some draw space for you. No partying, smoking in our home please. This home is suitable for families or friends visiting the city. Our double beds have high-end luxury Mattresses for that perfect night's sleep. The child's bedroom has a junior bed so is only suitable for up to approx 8 years old. We provide tea/coffee /milk. There are several steps up to the front of our Victorian terrace. The main living space: Large lounge area with TV (Netflix), sofa and open plan kitchen / diner. Separate front room. Bathroom: Upstairs bathroom with bath and shower. There is also a downstairs toilet. Outside: Lawned garden with patio area with table and chairs. We will either meet you on your first day (dependent on your arrival time) or leave a key in the lockbox. We do not charge extra for children. If you need anything to make your stay more comfy please ask as we probably have it in a cupboard …from bread makers, children’s toys to board games . Guest access Wifi available. Kitchenware pots pans etc. Towel/s and bed linen provided. Garden available to relax and unwind in Parking between 9am - 5pm (Monday- Saturday) is via resident parking permit. 5pm - 9am and Sunday is FREE. Daily permits if required are available at a cost of £1/day. Advanced noticed is required. Other things to note Check in from 12:00pm, unless otherwise arranged. Check out 12 pm. The home is only for the paying guests.
