In the central part of this paradise there is an apartment, its own luxury three-bedroom apartment on Panorama with huge terraces offering views of the sea and the whole city. The apartment has a capacity of 7 guests, ideal for two families. * First level - kitchen, living room with leather furniture, dining table, with 8 seats, terrace overlooking the sea, bathroom with toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for your maximum comfort - washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, electric kettle, large fridge with freezer, ceramic hobs, cooking and serving utensils, iron with ironing board, hairdryer. *Second level - 80 sq.m. terrace with furniture and amazing sea views. Here are the spacious bedrooms: -One is for three guests (large bedroom for two and one single bed) with access to the terrace -The second bedroom is for four guests (a large bedroom for two and two single beds) and its own cozy little terrace. The bedrooms are equipped with large wardrobes and cabinets, air conditioning, TV, bed linen and towels. At this level is the second full bathroom. *The third level is the largest terrace with 360-degree views of the city and breathtaking views of the sea and sky;) Here you can get a tan or enjoy the cool sunsets that only the northern Black Sea coast can offer. 50m from the building there is a supermarket, two large playgrounds, 100m is the main street with shops and restaurants.
