Credit card/cash for the security deposit shall be blocked up to 50% of the total booking amount. For example: 100 USD room charge x 2 nights = 200 USD 200 USD x 50% (security deposit) = 100 USD Total deposit in cash/credit card = 100 USD This deposit shall be refunded upon guests check-out and/or after all other costs are paid, if any. In any case if clients don’t have valid passports, no check-in is admitted except clients can show proof from Vietnamese Police or his Embassy/Consulate stating in Vietnamese language and/or English that client has lost his passport.
