It suits romantic breaks, short breaks, seaside holidays, walking and exploring breaks and much more. The kitchen is well stocked for self catering and has a washing machine with outside drying space. There are toys and games, high chair, travel cot, stairgate,booster seat, plastic crockery & cutlery. Towels are provided and comfortable mattresses . Protectors are on all mattresses and pillows. From May to September a gas BBQ is available to use in the courtyard patio area. Parking is outside the gated entrance, off road with room for up to 3 cars. Guest access Guests can take walks around the farm ( seasonal limitations ) see a real working farm with farm machinery or book time in the Pink Parrot pottery studio on site . There is also a fishing reservoir on the farm . The village is served by a regular bus service and train station. There is a Chinese takeaway, Tesco express, post office, 2 x public houses, garage ( no fuel) , hairdressers, beauty salons x 2 and a Deli with cafe within 1 1/2 miles. Other things to note The property is strictly No Smoking and No pets. Trained assistance dogs are welcomed. Guests with limited mobility may not be able to access first floor bedrooms and bathrooms. There is one dedicated parking space but room for more vehicles ( up to 3 )
