Great quiet, clean alternative to a hotel room for one or two people. Private unit with private entrance has mini kitchen area with an electric hot water kettle for tea/coffee, toaster oven, microwave and small fridge. WiFi on premises as well as washer/dryer. There is a TV with HDMI cable but no cable or dish The space I lived in this space for 3 years during which I rented out the adjoining house where I currently live. Although small it works very well for one person or a couple-especially if your planning on outdoor activities and mostly eating out. Kitchenette area is adequate for coffee/small breakfast or lunch and snacks. The bathroom has a small corner shower and toilet. The bed is a full size (double). There is no sink in bathroom, only in kitchenette. Also, please note photo of approximately 12 inch step in/out of shower as it might be difficult for some guests. Unfortunately, Im not equipped safely for small children. Guest access Owner lives on site and will not disturb guests unless requested. Key will be provided in lock box under carport, where guests have a private entrance. Unit is located behind garage when looking at front of house. Other things to note Please be aware that I pay 10% of proceeds to Placer County for Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) which is same as a hotel. This is included in nightly rate. This house is quiet and not optimal for hosting people or any late nite gatherings...thank you!!
