Located in a single story home on a quiet cul-de-sac in central Thousand Oaks. NEAR BEACHES, AMAZING HIKING TRAILS, AMGEN and CLU. Located 1/2 way between LA and Santa Barbara off 101 FW. The space Entrance is at the back of the house on large patio. Guest access Patio chairs and table in front of studio entrance are for guest use. Fire pit available. If you are interested in using the pool area, please check with host prior to arrival. Other things to note This is a non-smoking location.
