Quiet Sunny ROOM

5 minutes drive to downtown Queenstown or to the base of Coronet Peak Ski-Field. We have unbelievable mountain / valley views of the Shotover River to Coronet Peak. Superb sun rises. Elevated prime location. Panoramic views.Landscaped Home. The space Quiet, Private, Sunny setting. Modern Home. Wonderful views to the surrounding hills and mountains. Guest access You can access your bedroom through our main door & home or you have your own entrance to your bedroom from outside off the deck. Your room is at the end of the house. p.s at the moment we are renovating and building an extension at the OPPOSITE end of the house to where you are. Access is up our new cement stairs. I am very sorry for the mess at my end of the house - your end is peaceful and ready. Park anywhere along our drive way. During your stay Your room and bathroom are private - please feel welcome to keep to your own space or we are very relaxed with guests in our kitchen to make a cup of tea/coffee (please help yourself) or even just chat. You are welcome to store any food etc in our fridge. My husband and I tend to work late at nights once the children are down so the lounge/kitchen becomes our work space often :( We love to talk and chat to all our guests so do feel welcome to join us. You are also welcome to take a dip in our pool - it is solar heated so lovely if lots of sun - cool if no sun :) But please do note it is Room Only - we keep it simple and this enables us to keep the price down for you. If you did wish to use kitchen & laundry facilities then I'm sorry our home is not suitable - if you are staying for 5 or more nights I am very happy to assist of course with kitchen and laundry so do just ask me - any questions please do ask in advance before you arrive - we will be happy to hear any requests and help plan your stay in advance. Other things to note We have 2 children, Neave (2007) & Scout (2010) - well behaved children. They both attend school. It's busy here at meal times! Probably why we are semi-exhausted in the evenings. Your wifi is UNLIMITED but can be slow at night - it is ok for emails / texts etc but if you are downloading images and video etc it will be very slow - Arthurs Point is an older community and we have not had our area updated at all. But I have heard in the next year or so (2020/2021) we are scheduled.
