CHARMING APPARTMENT NEAR THE BORDER, 150M2

My bungalow is spacious, has three bed-rooms, a huge living-dining-room, 2 kitchens, 1 bath-rooms, 2 toilets . There is also a very pleasant terrace and a large garden, a pond, the nature behind the house!, it is very quiet, in the village you have shops and lovely inns, In May,June, July August September and December, I give the house to groups of 4 to 8 persons. When I receive guests, I am living very discreetly in the basement. I am busy during the day but can be helpful . The space The house has a very interesting position, on the foot of Black Forest, at the fronteer with Strasburg and Alsace. Baden-Baden is at 50kms, Freiburg 60 kms, Colmar and the wine-road at 60 kms. Europa Park is at 40 kms. The motor ways are very near. You have busus and tram. You can eassily ride on bikes as well. Other things to note From May to September as in December, I only rent the house to groups or families or colleagues from four to eight persons. Three nights at least are requested.
