This 6 bedroom semidetached house is a stone’s throw from the beach and a short walk to central Hove. In a tree lined Victorian residential avenue leading to the beach and lawns, you have easy access to both the seafront and cosmopolitan town centre. Beautifully presented throughout, this light, spacious family home gives you walking and biking access to all the area’s most popular attractions. Entertain your friends and family with open plan dining while the kids run free in the garden. The space The light, the space and the sea air. All will delight you as you enter your holiday home situated in a tree lined avenue leading to the sea front. The ground floor features a spacious lounge area, with high ceilings and open plan east facing French windows to the garden. Enjoy gorgeous sun rises and mornings as you wake up to another day with a cooked breakfast, or wind down after a busy day with a glass of wine. Also on this floor, a WC with wash basin and a large kitchen that’s fully equipped with all the appliances you’ll need to make your stay feel like you’re home. Everything you need for cooking and eating and keeping clothes clean is right here for you. There is a large BBQ and BBQ area outside for use during the summer evenings. Upstairs is where you’ll find the six double bedrooms, three on each floor. All rooms have plenty of space, with two featuring beautifully presented super king size beds and four lovely bedrooms, all doubles, for children or adults. One bedroom has a double sofa bed that can be made into a double bed. The property has just received extensive renovations upstairs. Three bedrooms are brand new and the top floor bathroom is also brand new. The decorating isn’t quite complete, but new photos will be added by late October. There’s also a huge, bright and modern main bathroom. It’s spacious with plenty of room for a bath and a separate shower, a WC, and wash basin. Please note, there is 1 cat living in the property. She is very friendly, independent and there is a cat flap. She will need feeding twice a day. Guest access This spacious seaside home is located on a tree lined drive with off street parking for two cars. When you book the property, the whole house and garden will be yours for the duration of your stay. The garage is the only area we've kept private. Other things to note Bring your beach clothes as the sea is at the end of the road! Brighton city centre is a short bus ride away and there are bus stops at either end of our road. Walk to the Lagoon Water Sports centre for sailing, windsurfing and skiing, and hang out at Fat Boy Slim's Big Beach Cafe.
