It is the perfect place to relax and re-charge after long hours of doing fun activities everywhere in Tagaytay City; and if you do not want to go out, you can still have fun inside the vicinity because you have access to the common areas, clubhouse and amenities. This condo is spacious and is fully furnished recently October 2017, located at Tower 5 of Wind Residences in Tagaytay City with a panoramic great view of the famous Taal Volcano and Lake. Enjoy your coffee in the morning while sitting at the balcony looking over the million-dollar view with your loved-one. We have WI-FI but we encourage couples who stay at our place for a deep connection rather than being distracted by the social media and other uses of the Internet. You can only cook with rice cooker and simple frying like breakfast items except smelly food. We do not encourage cooking while on vacation! And we are not comfortable with guests cooking because of fire hazard. Yes, not everyone is irreponsible but there is still a 50% chance that some guests are. Plus, who wants to cook while you’re on vacation? Registered guests can access the common areas, clubhouse and amenities. The use of amenities has minimal fees payable at the Admin in Philippine Peso, debit cards and major credit cards. Accessing the SKY LOUNGE is FREE. Accessing the Badminton court is FREE (8am to 6pm) PARKING at the CLUBHOUSE in PhP: 30 for first 4 hours + 10 per succeeding hour 100 overnight parking 150 overnight parking with re-entry PARKING at the COMMERCIAL AREAS in PhP: 40 for the first 4 hours + 20 per succeeding hour AMENITIES payable at the Admin in PhP: Swimming pool fee: 150 per head or 300 per head (on holidays) Basketball/ Tennis court: 50 per head Everything inside is brand new. You can use them all except for the cooking equipments and induction stove. We do not recommend for you to cook inside for safety purposes although an electric kettle and microwave are for usage. There is split-type air conditioner and water heater in the shower for your comfort. You can access the balcony anytime during your stay but be warned that the unit is on the 7th floor and is still very high from the ground so be careful not to fall especially if you are bringing your child. Our manager Czarina will be assisting you during check in and or check out. She will meet you at the lobby and guide you to the unit. Check-in time is 2pm-5pm or could be negotiable depending on the weather or situation. Check-out time is 11am. Anything is negotiable as long as you contact her right away. SMDC Residences is located at the heart of Tagaytay City. Everything is walking distance! You can also access public transportation like jeepneys or buses or uber. Restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops, grocery malls, fast-food chains, laundry shops, nail salons, hardware shop, banks are within the area and are either walking distance or one ride away.
