The space GUESTS CAN ENJOY A SPACIOUS APARTMENT, IT HAS A LIVING ROOM WITH TV, TWO BEDROOMS WITH WARDROBES AND TV, THE FIRST BEDROOM WITH A DOUBLE BED AND ANOTHER PERSONAL, THE SECOND BEDROOM WITH A DOUBLE BED, IT HAS TWO PATIOS WITH CLOTHES LINES, KITCHEN WITH THE NECESSARY UTENSILS, WASHING MACHINE, FRIDGE, NO OIL IS PROVIDED AND TOILETRIES ARE PROVIDED IN THE BATHROOM FOR YOUR ARRIVAL; IT WILL BE EQUIPPED WITH BED LINEN AND TOWELS. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS VERY IMPORTANT: OUR TOURIST APARTMENT IS PREPARED TO RECEIVE FAMILIES, WE DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE FOR PARTIES. PARTIES AND GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR FRIENDLY GATHERINGS TO AVOID DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORHOOD. Other things to note The TOURIST APARTMENT has its own separate entrance. It is very quiet and we only ask that the established rules be followed. It is very well furnished. Parties or gatherings of friends are not allowed. To include an extra person who is not included in the reservation, you must notify us and make an extra payment of €40 per night. After 11 pm, no noise that may disturb the neighbors is allowed. If a key is lost, you must pay €40 before leaving, and you will be charged for anything you break inside the property and Airbnb will be notified.
