The apartment is located in a small, quaint village surrounded by nature overlooking the sea, about 300 meters from the beautiful beach of La Marinedda. A parking space for exclusive use is located in the nearby parking lot (30 meters from the apartment). Air conditioning on request. The space The apartment is on the first and top floor of a small building on two levels. The entrance door is in the living/dining area, from which you can access the two terraces (front and back) and the two sleeping areas, both consisting of a bedroom and bathroom, Guest access Self check-in: The apartment keys are in a lockbox outside the entrance door. Other things to note Warning: a) The mandatory cleaning fee of €90 must be paid separately at the time of check-in. b) Bedroom linen (sheets/pillowcases/bedspreads), towels and a bathroom courtesy set are available on request for use during the stay at a cost of €50 (for two people). c) Air conditioning is available (one split in the living/dining area and one in the double bedroom) at a cost of €100 per week.
