The villa features private accommodations on a 2-acre estate with tropical fruit-bearing gardens. How many animal species will you be able to identify during your stay? There are two villas on the 2-acre property separated by gardens for privacy. Each of the villas have a dedicated driveway and pool with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and jungle mountains. The gardens on the property produce limes, papayas, mangos, bananas, and other tropical fruit depending on the season. The home is furnished primarily with items locally sourced and locally made. We strive to incorporate the local flair into our villas so that our guests can immerse themselves and experience Costa Rica culture. For those who enjoy convenience, there is a small boutique hotel located less than a five-minute walk from the property. Our guests are welcome to check out their full drink and food menus and spectacular view. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire villa and gardens. The property is located approximately one mile from the main road (Costanera Sur, 34) and less than two miles from the nearest grocery store. The road up to the property is paved except for the flat area which is gravel. 4wd is not necessary but is recommended during the rainy season (May through November). Other things to note Friendly concierge service is provided for our guests. Our local host can provide information and make reservations for activities, restaurants, and other local services upon request.
