Charming house with pool and air conditioning

The house is located at the entrance to the village of Ordan Larroque, in a quiet cul-de-sac, not overlooked and overlooking the Gers hills. A few km from Vic Fezensac, Marciac, Castéra-Verduzan and AUCH. 1 hour from Toulouse and Agen (Walibi) 1h45 from the Pyrenees 2 hours from the ocean for the nearest beaches 2.5 hours from the Basque Country and the Mediterranean Sea. You will find countless walks, bike rides, horseback rides Sports or recreational activities to do as a couple or with family. The space The house comprises: • a large entrance with cupboards . 3 bedrooms with double beds including 1 bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 200). The beds are equipped with waterproof mattress protectors, pillows, bolster pillows and duvets. Linens and towels are extra €15/room • a large living room, equipped kitchen and extremely bright dining room with views of the Gers hillsides. Several openings overlook the terrace/garden for meals and breakfasts or the pool. • 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink • 1 separate toilet. Large cupboards in the hallways will allow you to store your suitcases and luggage. The house is fully equipped for your comfort with a small garden outside with a hut for children. I provide games for young and old. A large 60 m2 shaded wooden terrace with a pergola overlooking the kitchen. Next to the 4 x 8 pool, a wooden terrace with deckchair. A parking space is available inside the garden and others are available in front of the house. Guest access The house is exclusively reserved for guests.
