Small single room in a lovely 1930s house in a prestigious Bristol area, Henleaze, close to MOD, Airbus and Southmead Hospital. Near Henleaze Road amenities. Bus to City Centre - 20 minutes or 10 mins by car. Large bathroom for sole use. Tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Kitchen unavailable but cutlery/plates provided for take away food that can be eaten in the dining room or outside on the patio. The space The house is also close to Clifton Downs and a 15 minute bus journey to Bristol University. A short 15 minute walk will take you to the beautiful green, open space of the famous Clifton Suspension Bridge and Ashton Court is close by too. The Wave is worth a trip too and is not too far away. We have two gorgeous Toy Poodles. They are hyperallergenic so you do not need to worry if you have any allergies as they do not drop any dander. They are friendly and just love cuddles! The kitchen is not available but cutlery and dishes are provided if you get a takeaway. You are welcome to eat outside on the patio or in the dining room. Nearby is Baddocks Wood - a nature reserve and a real treat where you can walk and relax. Guest access Free on street parking available. During your stay Guests are welcome to enjoy a drink in the garden during the summer though not after 10pm. Other things to note Own bathroom.
