Our location is ideal and away from the congested traffic areas seen around Porto Vecchio and south of Porto Vecchio during the high season. Our villa gives an easy and quick access to the beaches (5mn by car) and small grocery shops in nearby places. The space 'A Gioia' is a villa of 180 m2 with 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. Bedrooms + Living room equipped with Air Conditionning (Climatise). Off Peak season we propose 'A Gioia' in a 3 Bedrooms configuration, it accomodates 6 persons. Garden of 1800 m2 is fully private, planted with Mediterranean species and centennial olive trees. The villa has a heated private pool (9 x 3.6 x 1.5 m), a 350 m2 wooden deck, an outside shower and WC, and a space to play "petanque'. Service Conciergerie accessible.
