Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath condo in a private gated community in N. Myrtle Beach. Sleeps 8 comfortably, and has a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy cool evenings on the screened-in balcony overlooking the pool, workout facilities, tennis court and game room for the kids. The space Please note, this is a third-floor walk-up condo, meaning there is no elevator. Entering the unit, you will find a fully functional, open floor plan. The kitchen features dark granite counters, and is is equipped with all the appliances you may need. There is a formal dining area plus additional seating at the kitchen bar. In the living area, you will appreciate high ceilings with a ceiling fan, natural light, a comfortable sectional sofa, and TV. The screened-in balcony is located through the sliding glass door in the living room and overlooks the pool, fitness lounge, and grill area. The master bedroom is separate, providing a more intimate space, with a spacious ensuite and closet. On a private hallway just off the kitchen is two spacious bedrooms sharing a full bathroom including a shower/tub combination. A in-unit washer and dryer are available for your use, they are located in the hallway behind the sliding doors. Please remove your shoes in the unit to help keep the carpet clean, and keep the balcony door shut to help us conserve the AC. Guest access Ocean Keyes has two gated entrances, you may use either one. It is recommended that you use the entrance located on 2nd Ave N. because it is shorter to locate building #35. When you enter off of 2nd Ave N, you will immediately come up to a gate. Please enter the code we provide prior to check-in. Upon entering, take the first left where you will find Building 35 immediately to the right. Unit #3531 is on the 3rd floor, and is to the left if you are facing the building. This is a self check in unit. You will be provided with a code for keypad entry on the front door. To go to the beach, leave through the same exit you came through and take a left on 2nd Ave N. The beach will be straight with many public accesses to park at. Parking rates at the pubic accesses are $3.00 per hour with the city of NMB. Other things to note Please note, this is a third-floor walk-up unit, there is no elevator. We provide linens, and towels, with the exception of beach towels.
