This is a studio apartment on a ground floor/street level basement. There is only this studio apartment on this floor. The studio is independent and private, and has a separate entrance. The total internal area is 70 m2. The outdoor leisure area (right outside the apartment) is for exclusive use, but with shared access for the other floors of the villa. Other things to keep in mind: 1. The temperature in summer generally ranges between 17 and 25 degrees Celsius. The apartment does not have air conditioning, as it is not necessary since the apartment maintains an optimal temperature, even on extremely hot days. 2. There is a Smart TV in the living area, with access to national and international channels and access to major streaming platforms via a guest account. 3. Please dispose of diapers and feminine hygiene products in the provided trash can. Do not flush them down the toilet to avoid plumbing problems.
