Holberry House - spa room

Holberry House is a unique guesthouse set in the townsite of Nannup. Guest rooms are upstairs and are furnished with antiques. The spa room has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, spa bath, television and free wifi. A continental breakfast is included. The property has air-conditioning which is centrally controlled. Each guest bedroom has a fan and opening windows. Please note that we do not cater for children under 6 years of age. The space Downstairs is all guest lounge area and dining room. These rooms open onto the verandahs where there are places to sit and watch the birds come into the feeders and fountain. There is a conservatory which is lovely in mild weather and the pool area is open in summer for guests to enjoy. Holberry House is on 4 acres of land in the town centre, so you can wander the gardens and walk straight into cafes and restaurants. The front gate is in the middle of town, the back gate is in the bush with cows in paddocks behind our property. Guest access Guests have their own keys so can come and go as they please. We do not have a curfew. In winter guests can sit by the log fire and in summer you are welcome to relax around the pool. During your stay We live on site so are here 24 hours.
