Musafir: Mud Cabin In a Farmhouse

The listing consists of a lovely mud cabin in our farmhouse. In a separate building from the main house that has other four rooms, there are two mud cabins adjoining each other. this describes one of them. The space The cabin has a private living area on the ground floor and an attached washroom. A wooden staircase leads you to the attic that serves as a cosy Himachali style bedroom. The low ceilings offer you an experience of typical kangra architecture that is rare to find these days. The room opens up to a porch from where you can enjoy the mighty Dhauladhars' view.. Let us take you through the Farmstay. Amenities at the Farmstay - Power backup, Free WiFi in common spaces - Lounge and Dining Area - Geysers, towels, attached bathrooms - Free parking - Tea rack - Bonfire The Space The Farmstay is part of a huge estate/ farm consisting of farmlands, 4 cottages, common dining and lounging space and vegetable gardens. COTTAGES - There are 4 independent cottages. Each cottage can accommodate upto 3 persons or a couple with 2 young kids. - Beddings and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - All rooms have double beds, spacious verandah and terrace. BATHROOMS - All cottages have attached bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers and towels. COMMON AREAS - There's a common lounge and dining space. - There are plenty of open spaces like farms, verandah, forests, backyard, dining & living space and library. FOOD - BREAKFAST is included in the tariff while other meals can be prepared on order by the in-house kitchen staff. Fixed buffet menu is served for meals. - The property grows its own organic seasonal vegetables, fruits and herbs in the kitchen garden on the farm. Farm-to-table experience can be provided. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - Crockery and cutlery are available. Guest access Musafir is the only private property amidst dense pine forest. Besides our kitchen gardens our generous fruit orchard grown organically will give you an experience like never before. We have a common area where all the meals are served. Our mini library and board games will keep you entertained. A high tea experience overlooking the expansive kangra valley, bonfire evenings and live music will definitely leave you spell bound. Other things to note Musafir is located on a top of a hill and guests need to take the stairs to walk around in the property.
