The space Our house is used exclusively for commercial purposes (= serviced apartments). All 22 apartments are used exclusively by guests and rented as an entire accommodation (i.e. no shared bathroom, etc.) The apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, cutlery and plates, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, air conditioning, etc. Linens and towels are also provided. Weekly cleaning for stays of 4 nights or more is included. The design is based on an urban style with a high demand for materiality and individuality.
