Other things to note The temperature of the apartment is automatically regulated around 22 degrees, do not operate the thermostat located in the living room, or close the radiator valves as it may damage the boiler. The community of Madrid activated the new APR (Access Only For Residents) zone, which is of preferential use for residents. So if you plan to come in your own or rented car, you should be aware that access is restricted, and if you enter this area with a vehicle you will be fined, if you enter the center you must park in a parking lot, not on the street, it is the only way to avoid penalties.
