Available for short or long-term stays, this lovely master suite with a private en suite bath has the amenities of a hotel with the comforts of a home. The space This spacious, private room with a private, attached bathroom is the ideal way to experience life in Charlottesville. Whether you're here for a vacation, visiting the University, or considering moving to our small city, a stay at this house on Rugby Road will give you a sense of what it might be like to live here. Furnished with a queen-sized/pillow-top bed, antique dresser, reading nook, and a small eating area, this peaceful space has everything you need for a restful stay. There is a mini-fridge and coffeemaker in the room and coffee and tea supplies are stocked for your convenience. There is one thermostat that controls the temperature for the top floor of the house - you may adjust this up or down a few degrees as needed. Guest access Everything you'll need during your stay is contained within the room: including a full, private bathroom, TV with access to local channels and a Roku for streaming, mini-fridge, coffeemaker, and beverage supplies, located in one of the double-doored closets. *Please note! There is no kitchen access included with the rental of this room. During your stay We may not meet in person, particularly if you are only staying for a short time... I am just a phone call or text away so please don't hesitate to reach out! Other things to note Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. I always appreciate knowing when you intend to arrive but I've set things up so that self-check-in will be a breeze. If I am not on-site I will be available by phone, should you need assistance. Check-out time is 11 am. A later check-out time may be available upon request, with advance notice, providing there is not an incoming guest.
