TV (fourth), air conditioner, electric fan, hair dryer, refrigerator, electric kettle, tea set, mineral water, towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste are available in the house. The balcony outside can be used for laundry and drying clothes, and a dehumidifier is available outside the balcony on the 2nd floor.
