This is a cozy, well kept home located in a quiet subdivision just minutes from the freeway and 10 minutes from downtown Milwaukee. I do have my dogs. They are separated by a gate when you enter. There is a quiet time from 10pm to 6am for barking noise. Please keep this in mind when booking. They are well behaved senior dogs but they do like the amazon drivers. LOL The space You enter the house from the side door. You will most likely be greeted by my pups. They are extremely friendly. The basement is straight ahead down the stairs. The kitchen has a open concept to the basement. The basement door is downstairs to separate the pets from the guests. But this doesn't separate you from the dogs to the upstairs kitchen. The basement is very clean and spacious. The basement is heated and also has a electric heater that works well for the Wisconsin winter months. The egress window has been added for emergency's or if you need some fresh air. Please keep window closed when your not home. Newly added private full bath. It has a living room with a flat screen TV, Netflix and prime, DVD player and internet. The bed is a futon with a 7 inch thick mattress, 3" memory foam. The bed is very comfortable. There is a 26Inch TV for you when you are in bed. The alexa tower plays music or can be set for a alarm clock, she has many functions. There is a leather couch for a third person if needed. I have set up a coffee bar also equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, toaster oven, toaster, and 3 gallon water jug. I have three friendly dogs and a cat. I know what your thinking. I am very clean and my house doesn't smell like animals. Smoking outside please. No candles. Guest access The washer and dryer are accessible if you need to do some laundry. During your stay I am a live in host, so if you need anything just ask and I will try to accommodate you the best I can. Other things to note Parking is available. Pets are welcome. The back yard is fenced in.
