Beautiful home with spa & fabulous mountain views

A stunning Hout Bay home with a “REAL” holiday feel: Offering the best of open plan living, loads of natural light, and huge windows letting Mother Nature in at every turn. It’s decked with a luxury hot tub/ spa and beautiful wooden finishes throughout. Peace and quiet, stunning mountain views are part and parcel of this natural home. The space Our lovely timber-frame home boasts high-vaulted wooden-beam ceilings and a large entertainment area. Beautiful wooden deck with a spa/ hot tub leading from the main living area and kitchen, all with stunning mountain views across the valley and a braai/barbecue facility. The main bedroom has lovely mountain views, a ceiling fan, fitted cupboards, and an extra-long queen-sized bed. The bathroom is a good size and has a bath and shower facilities. The 2nd bedroom has mountain views, air-conditioning and a queen-size bed. A perfect lock-up-and-go holiday home with secure parking for one car. Our home is well-maintained, with attention to detail, to ensure a super relaxing holiday stay. Wi-Fi/internet …if the fairy lights, the hot tub and the moon rising over the mountains every night become too much to handle! To complete this holiday package, our home is safe, secure and protected by an alarm with armed response. IMPORTANT: No children under 18 years of age are allowed due to the hot tub/ spa facilities available. We really love our home, so please look after it as if it were your own. We have two lovable cats LOLA and SKY that will need to be fed and watered once a day. So if you are allergic to cats or not a lover of kitties then this is unfortunately not the holiday home for you. Oh yes, the Vegetable garden is, of course, yours for eating if in season, if you are inclined to be salad crazy like us! Guest access There is a garden apartment below the main house . That is permanent tenanted and has a seperate entrance . Other things to note Just to clarify and avoid any confusion: We have a luxury spa/Jacuzzi/hot tub, which some people also refer to as a pool. We do not have a spa and another separate pool facility. We do have two lovable cats Sky and Lola that live in our home with us, and they just require a top-up of chunks (food) once a day. They are both very gentle and friendly.
