House of Olives — Stunning and Modern Loft/House

Stunning Mediterranean & NYC style, studio loft on the West side of Redding. This is a private unit with your private gate. It is within 10 minutes drive to restaurants and cafes, popular landmarks such as Whiskeytown, Sundial Bridge, and Bethel Church. This modern apartment overlooks the green belt, with a deck to enjoy the serene view. We have 7 Olive trees on our compound. The olive is a symbol of peace and tranquility. House of Olives is a perfect haven for personal retreat and relaxation. The space NEWLY FURNISHED Includes a loft bedroom with a Queen size bed, a Full sofa bed that sleeps comfortably for 2 small persons. We also have a twin air mattress upon request. There’s a small kitchenette with a stove oven, basic cooking equipment and utensils, refrigeration, bathroom, closet, living room, wifi, and TV (full access to Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, and Disney+). A/C and pellet stove for heat. No washer/dryer. Laundromat is close by (3 minutes drive). CLEANING &. SANITATION In light of COVID-19, we follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: *We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. *We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. *We clean using extensive cleaning checklists. *We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. *We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. Guest access Private unit with private gate. Access to deck for peaceful and stunning view. Adjacent yard is off limits to protect homeowners privacy.
