The space The apartment is on the second floor of a small and ancient building, completely renovated and furnished with a refined and essential style, it was inaugurated in January 2019. Perfectly clean and sanitized, the space, ideal for smart working, can comfortably accommodate 4 people + 1; it consists of an entrance, two bedrooms with a double bed (on request it is possible to request an additional single bed called a sofa bed, this is a single courtesy bed and measures 80x190 cm, it is added only upon request for the fifth guest), PC and TV station, two bathrooms with shower, fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave oven, NESPRESSO coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Excellent solution for families or couples of friends as San Filippo Home has a double entrance. A bedroom with bathroom can therefore have a completely independent entrance. The apartment is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning in the summer. There is a Wi-Fi connection with fiber and the free Wi-Fi connection of the Municipality of Verona is also available. Guest access We're looking forward to hosting you! You will have the entire apartment and everything in it at your exclusive disposal. * Check-in: Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. For after-hours check-in, there is maximum availability and flexibility, but we ask that you give timely notice by agreeing on the arrival time with the owner. Upon arrival, valid identity documents must be provided for all guests for the registrations required by current legislation. You will also be asked to sign the short tourist rental agreement for the period of your stay. • Check-out: The Suite must be vacated no later than 10:00 a.m. to allow for cleaning. Again, we like to be flexible if possible. • Smoking is not allowed. • No parties or events or anything that may disturb the neighbors. • The municipality of Verona asks owners to collect the tourist tax of €2.50/person/day up to a maximum of 5 nights. • No more guests than those listed are allowed. • Pets are not allowed. • Minimum stay 2 nights. • This is a tourist rental, the period of stay cannot exceed 30 days. Courtesy single bed for the fifth guest (80x190 cm) NB: IMPORTANT TOURIST TAX UPDATE: The Municipality of Verona, with resolution 422/2024 of 04/19/2024, approved the new tourist tax rates that will come into effect from 07/01/2024. The new amount will increase to €3.50 per person per night up to a maximum of 4 nights per month. The reduced rate of €2.80 is provided for young people aged between 15 and 25 years and for guests aged > 70 years. The apartment is in a traffic-restricted zone (ZTL) and access to cars is not allowed. The apartment is centrally located, so there is no need to use a car. All tourist attractions are extremely close and reachable with undemanding walks. The car can be parked in the streets adjacent to the apartment (during the permitted hours) at an hourly cost of €2.00. For extended parking, I recommend the Park “Centro” Verona (Via Campo Marzo – Tel. 045/2320025), easily accessible on foot at an hourly cost of €1.00 and daily cost of €10.00.
