Private Cheerful Guesthouse - Room to Relax!

Our guesthouse is an ADU (accessory dwelling unit)—that is, a private, separate structure on our property with one bedroom (Q-size bed), full bathroom, full kitchen, and living/dining area. The small sofa opens to a double bed and the ottoman opens to a cot-sized bed; however, neither is comfortable for adults ;-/ There’s a small porch for sipping lemonade and plenty of parking. There’s a 50” Roku TV, WiFi, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space The bedroom: •queen-sized bed •your choice of multiple pillow densities •chest of 4 drawers for your use •closet with plenty of hangers •2 nightstands with USB ports (in lamp & alarm clock) •full length mirror •direct access to the bathroom The kitchen: •full-sized refrigerator, freezer with ice maker •dual bowl sink with disposal and pull-down faucet sprayer •4-burner electric stove •oven •over-the-range microwave •dishwasher •toaster, blender, mixer, crock pot, hand-held immersion blender, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker •cookware, dishes, flatware, glasses, cooking utensils •cutting boards, knives •cookbooks and apron •cooking oil, spices, condiments •plenty of counter space The bathroom: •dual access—from the bedroom or hall •tub/shower with hand-held sprayer •towels, washcloths •body wash, shampoo, conditioner •hairdryer, curling iron, flat iron •basic first aid supplies The living/dining area: •50” roku smart TV with Spectrum subscription •sofa; opens to full-sized bed; “bunkie boards” provided to minimize the feel of the sofabed frame •ottoman; opens to cot-sized bed (suitable for child) •recliner chair •small dining table and chairs •coffee bar with a variety of coffee and tea •computer desk •books, games •local tourist information •air conditioner (in summer) •electric fireplace (in winter) Other •washer and dryer •iron; ironing board (in bedroom closet) •porch with small bistro table and chairs You will have the entire guesthouse to yourself and complete privacy. You may come and go as you please, using a code to unlock the doors. Other things to note Our guesthouse is located at the back of our property, with a privacy fence separating it from our backyard. The guesthouse is accessed via a gravel driveway along the side of the house. There is plenty of parking directly next to the guesthouse. Although the guesthouse is one level, you need to climb 4 stairs to enter the unit. As you depart, we ask you to run the dishwasher and start the laundry (sheets, towels). This eliminates the need for our housecleaner to wait around just waiting for the dryer to finish and allows us to keep our cleaning fee low. No pets/animals. No smoking.
