Cotswold Hideaway | Contemporary Retreat

Small, but perfectly designed, Painswick Hideaway is a luxury retreat for two set at the edge of stunning Painswick village, known as The Queen Of The Cotswolds. We are located just off The Cotswold Way and within very easy driving of Cheltenham. Relax in the peace & quiet, enjoy a glass of something cold in the swing seat to take in the willows or snuggle down to Netflix. More images on Insta: @painswickhideaway The space Our Hideaway is very quiet and we have spent a long time adding design details to our special small space - from copper pipe taps to hammered copper switches. We really hope you enjoy staying in our vision of tranquillity. Guest access You will have your own private patio area whilst staying in the Hideaway. This has a table and chairs and a swing seat to while away the time. Other things to note My family moved to lovely Painswick from London about fourteen years ago when our two boys needed more running around space, it was the best decision we ever made! If you would like any local knowledge please ask. We have two friendly long haired mini dachshunds (oh yes and as mentioned two teenagers - it’s unlikely you’ll spot them!). In the Hideaway we have blinds to cover the front large glass windows for privacy, but no covering for the skylight. If you are a light sleeper an eye mask might come in handy. Also, please note that our bed is a SuperKing size for extra comfort. Painswick Hideaway has a hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and a supply of tea, coffee and bath towels to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
